1. Data Controller

2. What data we collect

Through the quote request form we process: name, company, e-mail, phone number and the message content. We also collect basic technical data (IP address, browser type) for security purposes.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process data to respond to your inquiry and conduct business correspondence — under Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (performance of a contract / legitimate interest).

4. Retention period

We keep data for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry and for periods required by law.

5. Recipients

Data may be entrusted to IT and hosting providers acting on our behalf. We do not sell personal data.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object, and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
