Terms of Service

1. General
These Terms set out the rules for using the damira.com website. The service provider and owner of the site is DAMIRA Sp. z o.o., ul. Aleja Solidarności 117/207, 00-140 Warszawa, Poland, NIP / REGON / KRS — do uzupełnienia, e-mail: biuro@damira.com.
2. Definitions
Site — the website at damira.com. Provider — DAMIRA Sp. z o.o. User — a person using the Site. Quote request — a message sent via the form to obtain commercial information.
3. Type and scope of electronic services
The Provider offers, free of charge: (a) access to informational content and a product catalog, (b) the option to submit a quote request via a form. The Site is informational and catalog in nature and is not an online store — it does not enable purchases and does not display binding prices; prices and terms are agreed individually.
4. Technical requirements
Using the Site requires: a device with Internet access, a current web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and — to submit a request — a valid e-mail address.
5. Rules of use
The User must use the Site in accordance with the law and good practice and must not supply unlawful content. Any action that disrupts the operation of the Site is prohibited.
6. Quote requests
Submitting a request is free and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, an order, or the conclusion of a contract. Information on the Site is an invitation to conclude a contract. Any terms of cooperation are confirmed in separate correspondence.
7. Intellectual property
Content, trademarks and product photos belong to their owners (incl. NovoAbrasive, NovoTools) and are used with permission. Copying, reproduction or distribution without the rightsholder's consent is prohibited.
8. Liability
The Provider strives to keep information current and accurate but does not guarantee its completeness or accuracy. Technical parameters are indicative and do not constitute a warranty.
9. Complaints about electronic services
Complaints regarding the operation of the Site may be sent to biuro@damira.com. A complaint should include a description of the problem and contact details. We will handle it within 14 days and reply to the e-mail provided.
10. Personal data
Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies in the Cookie Policy.
11. Dispute resolution
Any disputes are resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Provider's registered office; for Users who are consumers, by the court determined under general rules. A consumer may also use out-of-court complaint and redress mechanisms, including before the regional inspectorates of the Trade Inspection (information: uokik.gov.pl).
12. Changes to the Terms
The Provider may amend these Terms for valid reasons. Changes take effect on the date the new version is published on the Site. Services already started are governed by the version in force when they began.
